SPB 2024 - Spartans add Jaison Valdez to their roster, ex Sameji

Spartans de Distrito Capital Caracas (SPB) added to their roster 29-year old Dominican point guard Jaison Valdez (188cm-79kg-1995, agency: BMS Sport Agency). Valdez played this summer at Sameji in Santiago League in Dominican Republic. He helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in the league. They also advanced to the league semifinals.
Valdez is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Argentina (Bahia), Colombia (Cafeteros), Mexico (Correcaminos), Venezuela (Gaiteros), Dominican Republic (Centro, Los Prados, Marineros, Soles and Cupes), El Salvador (Metapan) and Nicaragua (Real Esteli). His team won Dominican Republic Santiago League Regular Season in 2019 and 2021. Valdez was voted to Dominican Republic LNB All-Star Game in 2021 and 2023.
