SLFB 2024 - Caribenas (11-5) take down Gaiteras (4-8) and Capitalinas (4-9) and Indias (7-6) split their series

Caribenas de Caracas (11-5) defeated Gaiteras del Zulia (4-8) two times, while Capitalinas de Distrito Capital (4-9) and Indias de Miranda (7-6) split their series, to continue the regular season of Venezuela's Superliga Femenina de Baloncesto 2024.

Caribenas won 59-51 and 71-65, even though newly signed Guadalupe Diaz (163-PG-1999) tried to lift Gaiteras with 15 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists and Valentina Pina added 13 points and 6 boards.

In the second game, Caribenas prevailed despite great efforts by Zulia's Guadalupe Diaz with 20 points, 2 rebounds and 4 assists and Cuban Nayara Espinosa (189-C-2001) with 16 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists.

Capitalinas dominated Indias 70-50 in the first game but got surprised in the second match, taken by Indias, 72-67. Again, no official stats have been made available by the Venezuelan Basketball Federation (FVB).
