Tu Holloway

Cocodrilos de Caracas (SPB) signed experienced 34-year old American point guard Tu Holloway (183cm-86kg-1989, college: Xavier). Holloway played this summer at Brillantes. In 8 SPB games in Venezuela just recently he had very impressive stats: 15.3ppg, 3.4rpg, 5.3apg and 1.0spg.
He has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2016.
Holloway is quite experienced player. He has played in thirteen different countries on five different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and of course North America). Holloway has played previously professionally in Belgium, Israel (Maccabi Effie Capital Rishon Le-Zion and Hapoel Holon), Italy (Cremona), Lithuania (Rytas), Mexico (Halcones Rojos and Plateros), Puerto Rico (Atleticos, Cangrejeros, Mets and Piratas), Turkey (Ormanspor and Istanbul Buyuksehir Belediyesi), NBA (Dallas Mavericks), Egypt (Zamalek), South Korea (KoGas), Venezuela (Guaros and Caciques), NBA G League (Texas Legends) and Nicaragua (Real Esteli). His team won Atlantic 10 Regular Season in 2009 and 2011. He was voted to Latinbasket.com Puerto Rican BSN All-Imports Team back in 2017, 2018 and 2021.
Holloway graduated from Xavier University in 2012 and it will be his 14th (hopefully lucky) (!!!) season as a professional player.
