SPB 2025 - Alexander Morillo joins Spartans via loan from Gladiadores

Spartans de Distrito Capital Caracas (SPB) agreed terms with 33-year old guard Alexander Morillo (180cm-1992) for the remainder of SPB 2025 via loan, coming from Gladiadores de Anzoategui. Morillo just played at Gladiadores. In 10 SPB games just recently he had only 2.2ppg and 1.7apg last season.
He was a member of Venezuelan U18 National Team back in 2009.
Morillo has played also professionally in Chile (CD Universidad de Concepcion and Las Animas), Venezuela (Trotamundos, Aduaneros, Broncos, Supersonicos and Piratas) and Ecuador (Leones). He played in the final of Venezuelan LPB in 2012 and 2018.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Venezuelan LNB Honorable Mention back in 2017.
