Brillantes - Marinos 84-80

It was a great evening for American forward Myke Henry (198-1992, college: DePaul) who led his team to a victory scoring 29 points and 9 rebounds. Angel Suero helped adding 24 points and 9 rebounds. The best for the losing side was the former international forward Luis Bethelmy (200-1986) with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 12 rebounds and the former international point guard Edwin Mijares (186-1992) scored 16 points and 7 assists. Five Marinos players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.

Gladiadores - Gaiteros 75-84

It was a quality performance for American point guard Nate Barnes (181-1990, college: ABU) who led the winners and scored 21 points and 4 assists. Forward Kelvin Caraballo (198-1988) accounted for 13 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for the winning side. International point guard Gregory Vargas (181-1986) came up with a double-double by scoring 10 points, 9 rebounds and 10 assists and Senegalese-American center Malik Dime (206-1992, college: Washington, agency: Slash Sports) added 20 points and 7 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) respectively for Gladiadores in the defeat. Four Gladiadores players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

The best player for the winners was Dominican-American forward Anyeuri Castillo (201-1997, college: USC Aiken) who scored 26 points and 5 rebounds. American Tim Bond (201-1995, college: EMU) chipped in 17 points and 4 steals. Bond is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international power forward Francisco Centeno (203-1985) who recorded 11 points and 5 rebounds and the former international forward Jose Ascanio (204-1996) added 12 points respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games.

South Sudanese-Lebanese center Ater Majok (210-1987, college: UConn, agency: BIG) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international guard Yohanner Sifontes (192-1995) who recorded 16 points and 5 assists and Dominican swingman Jassel Perez (195-2001) added 19 points respectively.
