SPB 2025 - Malik Dime joins Pioneros for the Super 4

Pioneros Del Avila (SPB) agreed terms with 32-year old Senegalese-American ex-international center Malik Dime (206cm-100kg-1992, college: Washington, agency: Slash Sports), after drafting him from Gladiadores de Anzoategui for the upcoming Super 4 round in Venezuela's Superliga Profesional de Baloncesto (SPB) 2025. Dime played this summer at Gladiadores. In 20 SPB games in Venezuela just recently he had 10.4ppg, 8.3rpg, 1.2spg and 1.7bpg. He also played for Dewa United in Indonesian IBL where in 13 games he recorded 11.7ppg, 8.5rpg, 1.5apg and 2.6bpg. The other team he played shortly was Gladiadores. Dime was a member of Senegalese Senior National Team between 2020 and 2022.
He is quite experienced player. His career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in sixteen different countries. Dime tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in Bosnia (Vogosca), Bulgaria (Rilski), Finland (Ura Basket), Germany, Greece (Lavrio), Israel (Maccabi Effie Capital Rishon Le-Zion), Italy (Cremona), Mexico (Diablos), Russia (Parma-Pari), Spain (MoraBanc Andorra and Coviran Granada), Ukraine (Kyiv Basket), Uruguay (Penarol), NBA G League (NAZ Suns), Turkey (Bornova) and The Basketball Tournament (Carmen's Crew). Dime won Venezuelan SPB championship title in 2023 and 2024.
He was voted to VTB United League All-Star Game in 2023.
Dime graduated from University of Washington in 2017 and it will be his tenth season as a professional player. He played also for Indian Hills Community College for 2 years.
