SPB 2026 Transactions - Players of Toros de Aragua were drafted by other franchises

Venezuela's SPB 2026 is getting closer to its first day of action (March 7th) and the 2026 Players Draft took place in a virtual meeting, in which Toros de Aragua's players were drafted by other franchises as loaned players for one season, due to the decision of this franchise to take a one-year leave of absence.

Brian Guidi (200-F/C-1991) was the top pick and he was selected by Piratas de La Guaira in the first round. Trotamundos de Carabobo selected Ludwing Irazabal Jr. (198-F-1998), Gaiteros del Zulia took Angel Blanco (179-PG-1997) and Brillantes del Zulia chose Beiker Barrios (193-F/G-2002).

In the second round, Angel Vegas was taken by Trotamundos, Christians Gutierrez (190-G/F-1996, college: E.Nazarene) was chosen by Frontinos del Tachira and Cocodrilos de Caracas decided to select the only foreign player involved in the draft, Addison Spruill (195-G-1993, college: UNCW).

The rest of the teams opted not to select any players among the list of 17 that were available.
