SPB 2026 - Panteras ink Karl Jones, ex Sokhumi

Karl Jones

Panteras de Miranda (SPB) agreed terms with 25-year old American forward Karl Jones (208cm-118kg-2000, college: UNLV, agency: The Crew A.M.). He just played at Sokhumi in Georgian A League. In two games he had 9.5ppg, 8.5rpg, 1.0spg and 5.0bpg last season. He also played for Al-Manama (Premier League) in Bahrain league.
Jones' career allowed him to visit three different continents. He tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, and of course North America. He has played professionally also in Azerbaijan (Sheki) and Bahrain.
Jones received All-South Coast Conference South Division Honorable Mention during his college career in 2022.
He played in the Eurobasket Summer League, which is considered the top international summer league on the market.
Jones graduated from the University of Nevada - Las Vegas in 2024 and is currently in his second season as a professional player. He has played for other colleges such as Los Angeles Southwest College, Iowa Western Community College, and Wabash Valley College.
