SPB 2026 - Cocodrilos ink JD Miller, ex Macau BB

JD Miller

Cocodrilos de Caracas (SPB) agreed terms with 29-year old American forward JD Miller (203cm-107kg-1996, college: TCU). He is the second foreign player in the roster as Dominican Rep. Luis Montero signed here earlier. He just played at Macau Black Bears in Macau TAT league. In only one game he recorded 14 points, 10 rebounds and 1 steal last season.
He is a very experienced player. His career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in eight different countries. He tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America. Miller has played professionally in Australia, Germany (46ers), Mexico (Frayles de Guasave), Montenegro (Podgorica), Taiwan (Taiwan Beer), Ukraine (Prometey), Dominican Republic (Indios) and Canada (Five).
Among many awards, he won the BSL championship title in 2025. He was voted USBasket.com All-BSL League Player of the Year and USBasket.com All-BSL League Defensive Player of the Year during 2025.
Miller graduated from Texas Christian University in 2019 and is currently in his seventh season as a professional player.
