Hidrocarburos de Caracas (SLBF) signed 19-year-old 169cm point guard Fabiana Garcia for the upcoming season. She previously played for Capitalinas in Venezuela's Superliga Femenina during the last summer. Garcia has been with the team for the past three years, and they reached the League Semifinals in 2025.

Back in 2022, she averaged 14.1 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game in 17 games for Capitalinas. It'll be her first time playing for Hidrocarburos, a new franchise that is replacing Capitalinas
