American JD Miller (203-F-1996) had a great game in the last round for league's second-best Cocodrilos de Caracas and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 14.
The 29-year old forward had the game-high 14 points adding seven rebounds and three assists for Cocodrilos in his team's victory, helping them to beat Brillantes (#8, 4-4) 80-73. Cocodrilos is placed at 2nd position in Venezuelan SPB. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Cocodrilos will need more victories to improve their 6-2 record. In the team's last game Miller had a remarkable 57.1% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Cocodrilos, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Texas Christian University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Miller is in league's top in rebounds (2nd best: 6.9rpg) and averages solid 55.3% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Colombian forward Michaell Jackson (198-F-1987) of Heroes De Falcon. Jackson impressed basketball fans with 23 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course he led Heroes to another comfortable win outscoring slightly higher-ranked Pioneros (#7, 5-4) 90-66. Heroes' 9th position in the standings has not changed. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 3-6 record. Jackson is one of the most experienced players at Heroes and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 17.8ppg (#9). His other stats are also decent: 5.7rpg and 3.2apg.

The third best performed player last round was American Glen Rice Jr. (198-F-1991) of Brillantes de Zulia (#8). Rice Jr. showcased his all-around game by recording 13 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists in the last round. Despite Rice Jr.'s great performance the Brillantes lost 73-80 to the higher-ranked Cocodrilos (#2, 6-2). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Brillantes needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 4 victories and 4 lost games. Rice Jr. has a great season in Venezuela. After only 5 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 4.2apg (8th best).

4. Jason Jitoboh (211-C-2001) of Heroes - 12 points and 7 rebounds
