SPB 2026 - Enrique Medina is back at Guaiqueries, ex SBA

Guaiqueries de Margarita (SPB) signed 22-year old Venezuelan international center Enrique Medina (218cm-2004). It is actually his comeback to Porlamar as he has played here before. He moved there from Spanish Basketball Academy in Spanish Segunda FEB. In 30 games he had 8.7ppg, 5.6rpg and 1.0bpg last season. The last season summer he played at Guaiqueries de Margarita.
He also represented Venezuela at the Panamerican Games in Santiago (Chile) three years ago. Medina's team won Silver.
Medina is a very experienced player. He has also played in Argentina (Regatas and Regatas) and Venezuela (Medinaroes).
His team achieved a spot in the Argentinian LDD Semifinals in 2023. He was selected for the Latinbasket.com Venezuelan SPB All-Rookie Team in 2024.
