Indeportes looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Yuliany Paz (195-2000) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds. Power forward Wendy Coy (178-1998) contributed with 13 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Four Indeportes players scored in double figures. Center Tatiana Gomez (192-1981) answered with 12 points and 7 rebounds and point guard Javiera Campos (-2002) added 7 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Univ.de Chile. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.

Malvin - Centauros 78-64

Malvin had a 39-23 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. Colombian forward Jenifer Munoz (170-1991) stepped up and scored 28 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and Argentinian Maria Jourdheuil (180-1994) chipped in 13 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists. At the losing side swingman Daniela Soto (177-1995) responded with 17 points and 5 rebounds and American guard Kristen Spolyar (178-1997, college: Butler) scored 16 points and 4 steals. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
