Center Jazmin Valenzuela (187-1989) notched 13 points and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and AJah Davis supported her with 8 points and 10 rebounds. Even 15 points and 6 rebounds by Cuban Anisleidys Galindo (181-1989) did not help to save the game for Salvadorenas. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. It was the only win of host team this round and in all other games visitors recorded victories.
