Sao Jose dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Taubate's 24. Sao Jose forced 36 Taubate turnovers and had a 19-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Sao Jose looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists.
