Cerrado did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 69-51 on Tuesday. Cerrado forced 19 Sao Jose turnovers and outrebounded them 42-20 including a 36-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for the former international guard Taina Paixao (173-1991) who led her team to a victory scoring 9 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international guard Beatriz Oliveira (169-1995) helped adding 13 points and 4 assists. The best for the losing side was guard Rayane De Freitas (173-1997) with 16 points and 5 rebounds. Cerrado have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain fourth place with 12-5 record. Sao Jose at the other side keeps the sixth position with nine games lost. Vanessa Goncalves accounted for 18 points and 9 rebounds. The former international center Clarissa Dos Santos (188-1988) came up with 11 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists for Santo Andre in the defeat. Cerrado have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain fourth place with 12-5 record. Santo Andre at the other side keeps the fifth position with eight games lost.
