Dominican Republic - Puerto Rico 90-99
Puerto Rico registered the second straight win in San Salvador. They nipped Dominican Republic to remain undefeated. Five players scored in double digits for the winners. Jada Stinson (173-G-99) stepped up with 25 points to lead the charge. Puerto Rico grabbed a 25-17 lead after the first quarter. They unloaded 53 points in the second half and hung on to claim the victory. Pamela Rosado (165-PG-86) accounted for 18 points and 11 assists in the win. Elemy Colome (173-G-96) answered with 25 points for Dominican Republic.

U.S. Virgin Islands - Costa Rica 81-51
US Virgin Islands recorded their first win in San Salvador. They stormed past Costa Rica to improve at 1-1 record at the tournament. Taylor Jones (173-G-97, college: Oakland) stepped off the bench to produced 25 points and 7 boards in the win. Imani Tate (175-G-95, college: Albany) added 15 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Costa Rica led by two points ten minutes into the game. But US Virgin Islands responded with a 26-9 run in the second term to surge ahead for good. Natalia Galvez (170-G-84) provided 12 points for Costa Rica.
