2025 AmeriCup Qualifiers: Argentina win Group A

Argentina have won Group A of the 2025 AmeriCup Qualifiers beating Colombia 98-86 in the last game. Argentina improved to a 4-2 record on top, whilst Colombia ended up with a 3-3 record (still qualifying for the main event). The second period was decisive in the game when the guests scored 34 points in Cali to take the lead.
Jose Vildoza (191-PG-1996, agency: Octagon Europe) led the way with 18 points and Nicolas Brussino (205-SF-1993) scored 14. Jaime Echenique (211-C-1997, college: Wichita St.) replied with 16 points in a loss, whilst Juan Tello-Palacios (206-F/C-1985) and Hansel Atencia (178-PG-1997, college: Master's) had 13 each.
