The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Fuerza Regia (10-2) in Chihuahua on Thursday night. Visitors were defeated by second ranked Adelitas (8-2) 88-76. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. Adelitas made 24-of-30 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. American-Jordanian guard Aisha Sheppard (175-1998, college: Virginia Tech) scored 22 points and 7 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American-Azerbaijani forward Brianna Fraser (190-1997, college: Maryland) chipped in 21 points (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) during the contest. The best for the losing side was American center Khaalia Hillsman (195-1996, college: Texas A&M) with 22 points and 7 rebounds. Fuerza Regia's coach Carlos Alonso rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. A very close game took place in Leon between Rojas and Abejas. Fourth ranked Rojas (6-4) got a very close victory on the road over 8th ranked Abejas (2-10). Rojas managed to escape with a 3-point win 75-72 on Friday evening. The best player for the winners was Stasha Carey who scored 29 points and 8 rebounds. Rojas' coach Oswaldo Zermeno used entire bench in such tough game. At the other side the best for losing team was Sara Dickey who recorded 31 points and 6 assists. Rojas have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 6-4 record. Abejas lost eighth consecutive game. They dropped to the bottom place with ten games lost. Rojas will meet at home Santas (#8) in the next round. Abejas will play against Panteras in Aguascalientes and hope to secure a win.

There were no shocking results in the other games in round 6: Freseras lost to Correcaminos on the opponent's court 59-76. Abejas unfortunately lost to Rojas in a home game 84-94. Halcones managed to beat Santas on the road 82-76. Correcaminos defeated Freseras on its own court 85-79. Halcones were beaten by Santas in Potosi 75-63.

The best player for the winners was American forward Javyn Nicholson (188, college: Georgia) who scored 19 points and 6 rebounds. The other American import guard Ciani Cryor (165-1997, college: Texas Southern) chipped in 19 points and 5 steals.
