Americans were the main players on the court. Center Kai James (196-1995, college: FSU) scored 8 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and guard Amanda Paschal (172-1996, college: Kentucky) chipped in 14 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. Paschal is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Swingman Quionche Carter (183, college: FGCU) responded with 16 points and 8 rebounds and guard Lasha Petree (183, college: Purdue) scored 10 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
