The Draw for the 2016 South American Championship for Women was held today in Guaynabo. 9 teams were drawn into two preliminary round pools. Here are the Draw results:
Group A: Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay
Group B: Ecuador, Argentina, Peru, Venezuela.

The tournament will take place in Barquisimeto, Venezuela from May 20 through 26.
