Tunja, Colombia to host the South American Women's Championship 2018

The International Basketball Federation of the Americas confirmed the Colombian city of Tunja as host of the South American Women's Championship 2018. The South American Women's Championship will be played August 26-31 and will feature the participation of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Venezuela. The top-four teams from the South American Women's Championship will qualify to the FIBA Women's AmeriCup 2019.
