MKS Dabrowa Gornicza (OBL) added 30-year-old U.S. Virgin Islands ex-international forward Justin Gray (198cm-95kg-1995, college: Texas Tech) to their roster. He played last season at Itelyum Varese in Italian Serie A, where he recorded 6.2ppg and 2.8rpg in 20 games. During the previous (2023-24) season, he played at Bamberg (BBL) in the German league, averaging 9.1ppg and 3.3rpg in 26 games. Gray helped them reach the German Bundesliga Cup Semifinals.
He was a member of the U.S. Virgin Islands international program for some years. Gray was called to U.S. Virgin Islands Senior National Team between 2016 and 2022 and previously for the Under 18 National Team back in 2012.
He is a very experienced player. Gray has also played professionally in Germany, Greece (Lavrio), Kosovo (Rahoveci), Portugal (CAB Madeira), the United Kingdom (Flyers), Poland (Spojnia), and The Basketball Tournament (War Tampa and Air Raiders).
Gray's team finished as the runner-up in the Big 12 regular season in 2018.
He graduated from Texas Tech University in 2018 and it'll be his 8th season as a professional player.
