Visiting Trouville was defeated by Capitol in a tough game in Montevideo 82-88. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Trouville. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Capitol made 7 blocks. Americans were the main players on the court. Center Paul Harrison (204-89, college: N.Greenville) fired 24 points for the winners. Forward Marquez Letcher-Ellis (203-97, college: Nevada) chipped in a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Bigua was defeated at home 65-75 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. American Dominique Morrison (198-89, college: ORU) notched a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds to lead the effort and forward Santiago Moglia (196-89) supported him with 19 points. Even a double-double of 19 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists by American Storm Warren (211-88, college: LSU) did not help to save the game for Bigua. Dominican forward Luis Santos (203-94, college: St.Louis) added 16 points and 13 rebounds for lost side. Nacional have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain sixth position with 4-2 record. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their sixth consecutive match to sixth ranked Goes (5-3) 100-79. Goes dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Sayago's 36. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Italian center Nicolas Borsellino (202-86, agency: Pro Sports) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. American forward Cameron Forte (201-93, college: Portland St.) contributed with 22 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Five Goes players scored in double figures. American forward Calvin Warner (201-80, college: Jacksonville) replied with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Fernando Verrone (201-88) added 19 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Sayago.
