Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.

D.Sporting (2-1) recorded its first loss in Montevideo on Sunday night. Visitors were defeated by sixth ranked Lagomar (2-1) 67-62. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of D.Sporting. Lagomar forced 29 D.Sporting turnovers. Point guard Catalina Tano (174-2003) fired 24 points and 8 steals for the winners. Paraguayan forward Natalia Quevedo (170-1998) chipped in 15 points and 10 rebounds. Sofia Herrera (179-2005) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 17 rebounds for lost side. D.Sporting's coach Fabian Boscardin rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Lagomar moved-up to third place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated D.Sporting.
Bottom-ranked Cordon (0-2) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 97-37 loss to fourth ranked Aguada (2-1) in Montevideo. Worth to mention a great performance of Venezuelan guard Jormelys Urbina (170-1996) who helped to win the game recording 29 points, 5 assists and 8 steals. Camila Kirschenbaum contributed with 22 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 steals for the winners. Luana Cardozo replied with 15 points for Cordon. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Aguada moved-up to third place, which they share with 3 other teams. Newly promoted Cordon still closes the standings with two games lost.

Worth to mention a great performance of Rocio Sagardoy who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 6 rebounds. At the losing side Catalina Rodriguez responded with 10 points. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. 25 de Agosto moved-up to third place, which they share with 3 other teams. Tabare at the other side still closes the standings with three games lost. They share the position with Juventud.
