The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of D.Sporting (3-1) in Montevideo on Sunday night. Visitors were defeated by sixth ranked Lagomar (2-1) 67-62. Lagomar forced 29 D.Sporting turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Catalina Tano (174-2003) who helped to win the game recording 24 points and 8 steals and Paraguayan forward Natalia Quevedo (170-1998) who added 15 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Sofia Herrera (179-2005) responded with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 17 rebounds. D.Sporting's coach Fabian Boscardin rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Lagomar moved-up to third place, which they share with Malvin and 25 de Agosto. Defending champion D.Sporting dropped to the second position with one game lost.
Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Montevideo: D.Sporting (#4) and Malvin (#2). D.Sporting (3-1) won against visiting Malvin (2-1) 72-67. It was a key game for the second position in the league. The winners were led by center Josefina Rivera (177-1998) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 38 points (!!!) and 14 rebounds and Julieta Laubert supported her with 13 points and 10 rebounds. Even 17 points and 7 rebounds by point guard Florencia Mayola (176-2005) did not help to save the game for Malvin. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Defending champion moved-up to second place. Malvin at the other side dropped to the third position with one game lost. They share it with 25 de Agosto and Lagomar.
The game between Top Four teams took place in Montevideo. Top-ranked host Yale (4-0) defeated 3rd ranked Aguada (2-2) 82-73. Lara Barbato fired a double-double by scoring 13 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Yale's coach Gino Alderete used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Jormelys Urbina produced a double-double by scoring 25 points, 13 rebounds, 7 assists and 7 steals for lost side. Yale have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 4-0 record. Loser Aguada dropped to the sixth place with two games lost.

There were no shocking results in the other games in round 4: Aguada destroyed Cordon on the opponent's court 97-37. 25 de Agosto outscored Tabare in a home game 89-43. Winless Cordon was rolled over Juventud on the road 81-42.
