LDD Round 3: Boca Jrs keep a leadership position- November 15, 2021
The round was exceptionally exciting as three games ended with a tiny margin. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.
Boca Jrs. - Olimpico 95-84 Boca Jrs defeated Olimpico in Buenos Aires 95-84. Boca Jrs dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Olimpico's 42. They outrebounded Olimpico 43-16 including a 32-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a good game for Juan Contegrand who led his team to a victory with 23 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Juan Guerrero contributed with 19 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Five Boca Jrs players scored in double figures. Boca Jrs' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Leon Luna (183-2) answered with 32 points, 5 assists and 5 steals and forward Mateo Codigoni (191-0) added 19 points and 4 assists in the effort for Olimpico.
