The Dominican Republic finished the tournament with the bronze medal after a dominant 102-69 victory over the U.S. Virgin Islands. Their offense was excellent throughout the game, shooting 62.8% from two-point range and 41.4% from deep while recording 28 assists. The Dominican Republic also applied constant defensive pressure, collecting 16 steals and forcing 28 turnovers. Puerto Rico were crowned champions after defeating Mexico 82-68 in the final. The difference came on the glass, where Puerto Rico held a commanding 42-26 advantage and collected 11 offensive rebounds, while also making 11 three-pointers at 42.3%. Jacqueline Benitez (178-G-1997, college: JMU) and Zaida Gonzalez (175-G-2003, college: Stony Brook) shared the scoring lead with 20 points each, combining for 7 three-pointers. McGee-Stafford Imani (201-C-1994, college: Texas) also played an important role inside with 13 points, 10 rebounds and 2 blocks. Karina Esquer (170-F-2000) led Mexico with 15 points and 5 rebounds, but Mexico could not overcome Puerto Rico's size and efficient outside shooting.

Imani McGee-Stafford, 31-year old Puerto Rican center was named the Most Valuable Player at the Centrobasket Womens Championship. She plays For the Henan Phoenix In China And graduated from the Texas ten years ago. McGee-Stafford received multiple other awards, was voted the Best Center and was selected to the First Team. She showcased her talent by ranking second in rebounds per game with an average of over 11. McGee-Stafford also averaged almost 12 points per game during the event. Kiyomi McMiller, 19-year old Nicaraguan guard was selected as the Best Guard of Centrobasket Womens Championship. She plays For the The Pennsylvania State University in the B10. McMiller was also chosen to the First Team. It is McMiller's second year in the Nicaraguan National Team. Her exceptional play earned her the fourth spot in rebounds per game, boasting an impressive average of over 9. McMiller led the Centrobasket in points per game with over 29. She has totalled 5 games of 20 or more points on the year and registered 30 or more points in 3 games. McMiller had double-doubles in 2 games during the event. Her 36 points against Mexico were the most she scored at the tournament. Despite McMiller's young age she had an impressive career. She was selected to the Latinbasket All-FIBA Central American Championship First Team in 2025.
Anisha George, 28-year old Virgin Islander power forward was honored as the Best Forward at the Centrobasket Womens Championship. She plays For the El Calor In Mexico And Is the University of North Texas alumna from 2020. George was also named to the First Team. She started playing in the Virgin Islander National Team 9 years ago. George recorded 14 points and over 7 rebounds per game at the event. Her 28 points against Puerto Rico were the most she scored at the tournament. Among many awards George's team made it to the Puerto Rican League Semifinals in 2025. She was selected to the Latinbasket All-Centrobasket First Team back in 2021. George was also selected to the Latinbasket All-FIBA Centrobasket Championship Second Team in 2024. Mariana Valenzuela, Mexican forward earned a spot in the First Team of Centrobasket Womens Championship. She plays For the Seton Hall University in the BEC.
