This time they crushed fifth ranked Osorno (5-4) in Temuco 81-56. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Osorno. Liceo PN dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Osorno's 32. Liceo PN forced 22 Osorno turnovers and outrebounded them 39-21 including a 31-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. The win is especially important as they defeated much higher ranked Luis Matte (4-6) on the road game in 78-62 on Saturday. Worth to mention a great performance of Cristian Urrutia (-1999) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 5 rebounds and Gaston Fernandez (-1999) who added 15 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. Venezuelan Luis Adrian (-1998) responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds and Pedro Lopez (-1996) scored 8 points and 10 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. It was the only win of guest team this round and in all other games host teams recorded victories. Stadio Italiano (1-8) left bottom position moving up to fourteenth place. Luis Matte at the other side keeps the eleventh position with six games lost.
