Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most important game in the last round took place in Talca between third ranked Espanol O. (5-2) and eleventh ranked Espanol T. (3-4) on Sunday night. Espanol O. was defeated by Espanol T. in a tough game on the road 78-85. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Espanol O.. Espanol T. looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. 24 personal fouls committed by Espanol O. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American forward Davon Haynes (203-1991, college: UAPB) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 27 points, 20 rebounds and 5 assists. Canadian forward Kaleb Vaughn (198, college: Lake Erie) contributed with 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. The former international Carlos Lauler (190) replied with 21 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for Espanol O.Espanol O.'s coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Espanol T. moved-up to tenth place. Espanol O. at the other side keeps the third position with two games lost. They share it with Valdivia. Espanol T. will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Espanol O. will play at home against Concepcion and is hoping to win this game.
Very important is a road loss of third ranked Puerto Varas (5-3) against fifth ranked Ancud (5-1) on Sunday night. Visiting Puerto Varas were crushed by Ancud in Ancud 101-78. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Puerto Varas. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Stephen Maxwell (201-1993, college: CSUN) who helped to win the game recording 26 points (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field) and Sebastian Suarez who added 16 points and 5 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) during the contest. The former international Antonio Pinedo (195) responded with 24 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Ancud moved-up to second place. Puerto Varas at the other side dropped to the fifth position with three games lost. Ancud will play against bottom-ranked Temuco (#15) at home in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Puerto Varas will play against Puente Alto (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Bottom-ranked Temuco is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their seventh consecutive match to eighth ranked Puente Alto (4-3) 82-75 on Sunday evening. The winners were led by Marquez Letcher-Ellis who had that evening a double-double by scoring 22 points, 21 rebounds and 5 blocks. Even 30 points and 4 steals by Martin Perdomo did not help to save the game for Temuco. Puente Alto moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Quilicura. Loser Temuco still closes the standings with seven games lost. Puente Alto will meet higher ranked Puerto Varas (#5) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
