USA and Canada to clash for title in Buenos Aires

USA eased into the championship game in Buenos Aires. They stormed past Brazil to advance into the Final. Kira Rice (180-G-2004) posted 22 points to lead the winners. USA grabbed a 35-13 halftime lead. They sank 49 points in the second half to cruise to the win. Justine Pissott (193-F-2004) had 12 points in the victory. Ana De Oliveira (165-G-2004) responded with 10 points for Brazil.

Argentina - Canada 63-78
T'Yana Todd (182-G-2004) posted 14 points to lead Canada past Argentina in the semifinal clash. Canada grabbed a 29-16 lead after ten minutes. They extended the lead at 19-point mark at the big break 44-25. Argentina narrowed the gap in the second half but came up short at the end. Mary-Anna Asare (171-G-2004) had 13 points for the winners. Violeta Maggi (185-C-2004) answered with 11 points for Argentina.
