Real Esteli - No Fear 81-58

Real Esteli celebrated LSBF title. They stormed past No Fear in the fourth game of the Finals to capture the trophy. Real Esteli forced 22 No Fear turnovers. Strangely No Fear outrebounded Real Esteli 62-48 including a 32-11 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by No Fear's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman DAsia Chambers (182-92, college: Slippery Rock) who helped to win the game recording 21 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists and 8 steals. Forward Bryennis Thomas contributed with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 20 rebounds for the winners. Four Real Esteli players scored in double figures. Real Esteli's coach felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward Dasia Evans (188, college: Wright St.) replied with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists and Britanny Byrd added 17 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for No Fear.

UAM - No Fear 66:57

UAM clinched 8th edition of the Torneo de Baloncesto Femenino Luisa Amanda Espinoza title. In the Final series they overcame No Fear 3-1. In the fourth game they posted a 66-57 win. Trailing 6 points at the end of the first period, UAM took control in the rest of the game to seal the trophy.
Adela Mendoza was named MVP of the tournament as she 37 points and 30 rebounds.
