Argentina outscored Uruguay to stay perfect at the tournament. Leandro Bolmaro (198-F-00) recorded 25 points to lead the effort. Argentina led by just 8 points at halftime 41:33. But they went on a 25:18 run in the third term and cleared off for good. Tomas Pereyra (198-F-00) notched 17 points for the winners. Santiago Vescovi (184-SG-01) responded with 17 points for Uruguay.

Bolivia - Ecuador 46-57
Ecuador outgunned Bolivia to advance into the semifinal stage in Lima. Aaron Capurro (00) produced 15 points and 8 rebounds to lead the winners. Ecuador posted a 31:17 halftime lead. They extended the margin at 17-point mark at the final intermission and marched to the victory at the end. Brandon Valles (01) delivered 11 points for the winners. Agustin Carreon (G-00) responded with 16 points for Bolivia.
