Coincidentally all hosts won their games. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Montevideo: Urunday (#8) and Bigua (#5). Urunday (3-2) won against visiting Bigua (3-2) 88-79. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Bigua. Urunday had a 31-17 advantage in offensive rebounds. Point guard Mateo Sarni (185-1998) scored 18 points and 7 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American forward Travis Daniels (203-1992, college: MSU, agency: Olsta) chipped in 17 points and 9 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) during the contest. The best for the losing side was American center Franklin Hassell (205-1988, college: ODU) with a double-double by scoring 10 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Urunday moved-up to third place, which they share with 5 other teams including defeated Bigua. Urunday's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Montevideo Hebraica.
Another interesting game was again a derby between two teams from Montevideo: Nacional (#3) and Defensor (#2). Nacional (4-1) smashed visiting Defensor (3-2) by 19 points 80-61. It was a key game for the second position in the league. American forward Connor Zinaich (201-1997, college: Nova SE) notched 17 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and Luciano Parodi supported him with 20 points. Even 10 points and 9 rebounds by Venezuelan center Nestor Colmenares (200-1987, college: Campbellsville) did not help to save the game for Defensor. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Nacional have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion moved-up to second place. Defensor at the other side dropped to the third position with two games lost. They share it with 5 other teams. Nacional's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Montevideo to the arena Bigua.

In the last two games of round 6 Aguada lost to U.Atletica on the opponent's court 92-107. Malvin managed to outperform Goes in a home game 84-80.

Cordon has finally registered their first victory this season after four consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Welcome (0-5) 98-81 on Wednesday. Cordon looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. The best player for the winners was American guard Admon Gilder (193-1995, college: Gonzaga) who scored 20 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. The other American import forward Bryce Beamer (197-1998, college: FMU) chipped in 23 points and 6 rebounds. Cordon's coach Agustin Esteve used entire bench saving starting five for next games. There was a minor upset in Montevideo where one of their biggest challengers Aguada (3-2) was defeated by ninth ranked U.Atletica (3-2) 107-92 on Wednesday. U.Atletica shot the lights out from three sinking 17 long-distance shots on high 54.8 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was who scored 22 points and 9 rebounds. American swingman Isaiah Ross (193-1996, college: Iona) chipped in 17 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Santiago Vidal (180-1989) who recorded 25 points and 7 assists and American Earl Clark (208-1988, college: Louisville, agency: BIG) added 22 points and 7 rebounds respectively.
