El Salvador eased past Panama to advance into the championship game in Managua. El Salvador recorded a 38-17 halftime lead and never looked back en route to the win. Hillary Martinez (172-SF-1997) stepped up with 17 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists for El Salvador. Lya Gonzalez (167-PG-2007) answered with 10 points for Panama.

Mexico - Nicaragua 96-50
Mexico cruised past Nicaragua to secure the Final berth. Mexico secured a 56-27 halftime lead. They held Nicaragua to just 23 points in the second half and eased to the win. Mariana Valenzuela (188-F-2003) posted 20 points and 16 rebounds for Mexico. Kiyomi McMiller (173-G-2006) accounted for 29 points for Nicaragua.
