Round 10 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Fuerza Regia (15-5). They were defeated by sixth ranked Mineros (9-11) 85-80 on Friday night. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Fuerza Regia. They outrebounded Fuerza Regia 40-27 including 31 on the defensive glass. Mineros looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Americans were the main players on the court. Forward Chris Perry (203-1994, college: LMU) had a double-double by scoring 19 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and guard Tyrone White (201-1990, college: CSUB) chipped in 16 points during the contest. At the losing side guard Daniel Bejarano (193-1991, college: Colorado St.) responded with 15 points and 4 assists. Fuerza Regia's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Mineros have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place. Fuerza Regia at the other side still keeps top position with five games lost. They share it with Abejas. They were replaced at the leadership position by Abejas. Fuerza Regia will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest and make it back to the top of the standings. Mineros will try to continue on its current victory against fifth ranked Dorados in Chihuahua.

A very close game took place in Queretaro between Libertadores and Panteras. First ranked Libertadores (14-6) got a very close home victory over their biggest opponent Panteras (11-9). Libertadores managed to escape with a 3-point win 81-78 on Friday evening. Branden Frazier fired 18 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Fabian Jaimes produced 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for lost side. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Libertadores have an impressive seven-game winning streak.
