Puerto Rico denied the deficit in the third term. They tied things up at 58 heading into the fourth quarter. But Dominican Republic sank 23 points in the final term to capture the trophy. Panama - Mexico 85-80 Panama knocked down Mexico to step onto the pedestal in Santo Domingo. They also clinched U18 FIBA Americas Championship birth with the win. Ricardo Lindo (200-F-00) stepped up with 39 points and 19 rebounds to lead the winners. Mexico stayed in front in the first half. They recorded a 42:29 halftime lead. But Panama went on a strong 36:20 rally in the fourth term to snatch the victory. John Gunn (193-SG-00) and Jonathan Andrade (165-PG-00) had 11 points each in the victory. Moises Andriassi (185-F-00) answered with 28 points for Mexico.

U.S. Virgin Islands - Jamaica 70-58 US Virgin Islands toppled Jamaica to earn the fifth position in Santo Domingo. Jaz Farrell and Zedy Lake (185-G-00) tossed in 14 points each for the winners. Virgin Islands recorded a 24:11 lead after the opening frame. They followed with a 30:14 run in the fourth stanza to seal the win. Zion Jones (187-G-00) had 13 points in the victory. Jalen Menzies (177-PG-00) provided 23 points for Jamaica.

Bahamas - Guyana 91-63 Bahamas finished the tournament on a high note. They topped Guyana to earn the 7th position. Raschad Greene (190-G-00) notched 21 points and 17 rebounds in the victory. Bahamas clinched a 45:21 halftime advantage. They maintained the lead throughout the second half and marched to the win. Samuel Hunter (203-F/C-00) delivered 19 points in the victory.
