Puerto Rico - Mexico 60-65
Mexico clinched Centrobasket title in San Juan. They upset hosting Puerto Rico in the championship game. Puerto Rico grabbed a 30:28 halftime lead. The hosts entered the fourth term up by 3 points but Mexico went on a 20:12 run in the final period to capture the trophy. Yahir Bonilla (204-SF-03) tallied 18 points and 13 rebounds, while Esteban Roacho (191-G-02) added 12 points for Mexico. Johned Walker (178-G-03) replied with 18 points for Puerto Rico.

3-4 Place
Bahamas - Dominican Republic 85-83
Bahamas claimed the Bronze medals in San Juan. Bahamas snatched a 41:40 halftime lead. Bahamas stretched the lead at 7 points at the final break. Dominican Republic dropped 24 points in the fourth term but came up short of win at the end. Deyton Albury (188-PG-02) came up with 28 points for Bahamas. Romad Dean (201-PF-03) added 18 points and 13 rebounds for the winning side. Jean Montero (185-G-03) replied with 29 points for Dominican Republic.

5-6 Place
U.S. Virgin Islands - Panama 75-76
Panama snatched a narrow win over US Virgin Islands to finish in the fifth place at the championship. Panama trailed by 2 points at the interval. Panama unloaded 28 points in the fourth term to sneak to the victory. Isaac Hall (180-PG-02) had 23 points, 10 assists and 7 rebounds for Panama. Jahsean Corbett (02) replied with 25 points and 18 rebounds for US Virgin Islands.

7-8 Place
Jamaica - El Salvador 65-63
Jamaica outscored El Salvador to earn the 7th position at the tournament. Joshua Minott (02) came up with 29 points and 14 rebounds to lead the effort. El Salvador recorded a 37:30 halftime lead. But Jamaica went on a 35:26 run in the second half to snatch the win. Anthony Reyes (180-SF-02) replied with 14 points for El Salvador.

Puerto Rico outscored Dominican Republic to enter Final. Puerto Rico used a 24:12 run in the second term to ensure a 36:28 halftime lead. Dominican Republic cut the deficit in the fourth quarter but could not avoid the loss. Rafael Pinzon (196-G-02) notched 28 points, while Jose Nazario (188-G-02) added 11 points for Puerto Rico. Jean Montero (185-G-03) replied with game-high 35 points for Dominican Republic.

Mexico - Bahamas 64-48
Mexico outscored Bahamas to ensure the championship game berth. Bahamas recorded a 29:26 halftime lead. Mexico however responded with a strong 38:19 run in the second half to snatch the win. Ivan Bernal (188-PG-02) posted 21 points, while Yahir Bonilla (204-SF-03) added 14 points and 8 rebounds in the win. Romad Dean (201-PF-03) replied with 16 points and 12 rebounds for Bahamas.

Puerto Rico - El Salvador 96-51
Puerto Rico stormed past El Salvador to improve at 3-0 record in Group A. Puerto Rico eased to a 31:6 lead after ten minutes. They dominated throughout the next quarters and raced to a comfortable win. Ramses Melendez (198-F-02) accounted for 21 points, while Omar Figueroa (183-G-02) added 11 points for Puerto Rico. Anthony Reyes (180-SF-02) replied with 16 points for El Salvador.

U.S. Virgin Islands - Bahamas 76-89
Bahamas outgunned US Virgin Islands to secure the second victory at the tournament. Bahamas and US Virgin Islands were tied at 34 at halftime. However Bahamas sank 55 points in the second half and rallied to the win. Deyton Albury (188-PG-02) nailed 31 points, while Tyler Pinder (188-G-02) added 14 points for the winners. Jahsean Corbett (02) replied with 23 points for US Virgin Islands.

Mexico - Panama 93-68
Mexico clinched the top position in Group B. They drubbed Panama for the third straight success in San Juan. Mexico recorded a 44:21 halftime lead and never looked back en route to the win. Juan Berrones (170-PG-02) posted 15 points, while Gonzalo Mendoza (200-C-03) added 14 points and 13 rebounds in the victory. Jorhiel Zapata (196-F-02) replied with 15 points for Panama.

Dominican Republic - Jamaica 115-49
Dominican Republic rallied past Jamaica to secure the semifinal berth at the tournament. Dominican Republic piled up a 59:30 halftime lead. They added 56 points in the second half to roll to the win. Juan De Los Santos (193-F-02) delivered 22 points and 11 rebounds, while Jean Montero (185-G-03) added 23 points and 10 steals in the win. Joshua Minott (02) replied with 19 points for Jamaica.

Puerto Rico - U.S. Virgin Islands 95-60
Puerto Rico recorded the second straight win in San Juan. They stormed past US Virgin Islands in Group A. Puerto Rico went on a massive 58:27 second half run to ice the win. Rafael Pinzon (196-G-02) scored 14 points, while Jose Nazario (188-G-02) and Kristhian Rivera (198-F-02) added 13 points each for Puerto Rico. Jahsean Corbett (02) replied with 14 points for US Virgin Islands.

Jamaica - Panama 69-125
Panama coasted past Jamaica to open win count in San Juan. Panama recorded a 59:38 halftime advantage. They poured in 66 points in the second half to ease to the victory. Guillermo Navarro (164-PG-03) posted 34 points, while Jorhiel Zapata (196-F-02) added 30 points and 8 rebounds for Panama. Joshua Minott (02) replied with 27 points and 9 rebounds for Jamaica.

Dominican Republic - Mexico 79-83
Mexico outscored Dominican Republic to improve at 2-0 record in Group B. The teams went neck and neck throughout the first half. The scoreboard read 35:35 at the big break. Dominican Republic went on a strong 28:11 run in the third period to surge ahead. But Mexico unleashed 37 points in the fourth quarter to snatch the win. Yahir Bonilla (204-SF-03) posted 27 points and 11 rebounds, while Ivan Bernal (188-PG-02) added 24 points for Mexico.
