Puerto Rico is the winner of U16 Centrobasket

Puerto Rico won the first place at the U16 Centrobasket 2011. The tournament took place in Monterrey. Puerto Rico finished the championship with perfect 5-0. Second ranked team is Mexico and third is Costa Rica. They will compete at the FIBA Americas U16 in Cancun. Mexico will be the host of this event. In the FIBA Americas U16 Championship Puerto Rico will play in Group A with Mexico, Chile and Canada. Costa Rica plays in Group B with Brazil, Argentina and USA.
