Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico enter Final in Santo Domingo

Dominican Republic - Mexico 106-71
Dominican Republic outgunned Mexico to race into the Final. Alanzo Frink (203-F-00) posted 21 points to lead the hosts. Dominican Republic established a 52:38 halftime advantage. They erupted for 33 points in the third term to clear off for good. Antonio Bonilla (187-SG-00) netted 19 points for the winners. Moises Andriassi (185-F-00) replied with 32 points for Mexico.

Puerto Rico - Panama 59-56
Puerto Rico held off Panama to advance into the championship game. Luis Rolon (185-G-01) and James De Jesus (187-G-00) provided 12 points each for the winners. Panama grabbed a 29:26 halftime lead. They extended the lead at 5-point mark at the final break. But Puerto Rico used a 17:9 run in the fourth stanza to snatch the win. Jeriel Zayas (185-G-00) had 10 points in the victory. Ricardo Lindo (200-F-00) answered with 15 points and 10 rebounds for Panama.
