Jamaica - Panama 43-76
Panama opened win count in Belize City. They rallied past Jamaica for the first win in Group A. Lionel McDonald (173-G-2006) and Daniels Machore (170-G-2006) produced 13 points apiece for the winners. D'Marley Elliot (2007) answered with 13 points for Jamaica.

Belize - Puerto Rico 60-91
Puerto Rico eased past Belize to gain the third consecutive victory. Puerto Rico used a massive 30-10 run in the third term to clear off for good. Isaiah Rondon delivered 16 points, while Adiel Lopez (F-2006) added 13 points and 14 rebounds for Puerto Rico. Tevaughn Dawson (2006) and Elijah Favela (2006) chipped in 10 points apiece for Belize.

Mexico - Dominican Republic 67-95
Dominican Republic cruised past Mexico for the third straight victory. They built a 54-36 halftime advantage and never looked back en route to the win. Danny Carbuccia (185-G-2006) and Frank Siaca (207-C-2006) netted 15 points each for Dominican Republic. Angel Ochoa (2006) answered with 18 points for Mexico.

Costa Rica - El Salvador 69-52
Costa Rica claimed the first win in Group B. They outgunned El Salvador behind 15 points from Emmanuel Cheung (185-G-2006). Alejandro Cordoba (184-PG-2006) added 12 points and 7 assists for Costa Rica. Nicholas Rios (2007) answered with 15 points for El Salvador.
