USA conquered the title in Mexico. They crushed Canada in the championship game to lift the trophy. Cameron Boozer (206-PF-2007) came up with 24 points and 12 rebounds to pace the champions. USA went on a stunning 45-13 run in the first period to take a massive lead. They did not loosen the grip in the reminder of the contest and rallied to a well-deserved win at the end. Tyran Stokes (201-F-2007) notched 15 points for the winners. Jordan Charles (179-PG-2007) answered with 8 points for Canada.
3-4 Place
Puerto Rico - Argentina 86-76 OT
Puerto Rico stepped onto the pedestal in Merida. They outlasted Argentina in overtime to finish in the third place. Felipe Quinones (198-G-2008) posted 28 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for Puerto Rico. Rognny Santiago (185-G-2007) and Alexander Montes added 12 points each for the winners. Joaquin Sarmiento (201-F-2007) answered with 23 points and 10 rebounds for Argentina.

5-6 Place
Brazil - Dominican Republic 71-56
Brazil finished the tournament on a winning note as they held off Dominican Republic for the fifth place finish. Brazil piled up a 37-22 halftime lead. They extended the margin at 18-point mark heading into the fourth period and rallied to the win. Mathias Vazquez (196-F-2008) and Matheus Monteiro (176-G-2007) banked in 15 points each for Brazil. Lucas Morillo (201-G-2007) answered with 16 points for Dominican Republic.

7-8 Place
Uruguay - Mexico 61-79
Mexico earned the seventh place in the championship as they overcame Uruguay. The hosts got 32 points and 20 rebounds from Karim Lopez (202-F-2007). Mexico secured a 25-8 lead ten minutes into the game. They followed with a 40-27 second half run to seal the win. Dylan Aguilera (192-F-2007) had 12 points for Mexico. Joaquin Taboada (190-SF-2007) replied with 25 points for Uruguay.
