Pinheiros clinched 2022 LDB title. They topped Sao Jose in the Final. Forward Jonas Buffat (191) notched 18 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals to lead the effort and naturalized Guinea-Bissau forward Yan Djalo (202-2001) supported him with 19 points and 6 rebounds. Even 25 points and 6 rebounds by point guard Vitor Oliveira (191-2003) did not help to save the game for Sao Jose. Center Sergio Conceicao (208-2000) added 18 points, 9 rebounds and 5 blocks for the hosts. Four Sao Jose players scored in double figures.

Corinthians defeated Paulistano to earn the Bronze medals. Maozinha Pereira (200-2000) had a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and guard Lucas Prolla (183-2004) chipped in 11 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Center Andre Barbosa (212-2002) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds and forward Bruno Cardoso (197-2002) scored 14 points and 8 rebounds. Four Paulistano players scored in double figures. Paulistano's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.

Sao Paulo finished fifth as they held off Cerrado. Sao Paulo forced 19 Cerrado turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was center Matheus Maciel (206-2001) who had a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds. Point guard Jean Oliveira (177-2001) chipped in 23 points and 8 assists. Four Sao Paulo players scored in double figures. Forward Victor Silva (199-2001) produced 18 points and 8 rebounds and power forward Augusto Alcassa (211-2000) added 7 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

Five Bauru players scored in double figures.
