Liceo PN - Boston College 71-67

Liceo PN held off Boston College to earn the third position in the final ladder. Liceo PN made 20-of-23 charity shots (87.0 percent) during the game. Boston College was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a quality performance for Argentinian power forward Cristian Amicucci (200-1985) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 13 rebounds. Guard Matias Sepulveda (-1995) accounted for 11 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side. Argentinian swingman Manuel Lambrisca (192-1997) came up with 30 points and 5 rebounds and forward Rodrigo Rojas (-1997) added 22 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Boston College in the defeat. Boston College's coach Patricio Miranda rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.

Espanol Osorno cliaimed LNB2 title. They overcame Sportiva Italiana to capture the trophy. Sportiva Italiana finished in the second place. 24 personal fouls committed by Sportiva Italiana helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for the former international guard Franco Morales (179-1992) who led his team to a victory scoring 33 points (!!!). International Sebastian Suarez (193-1991, college: Portland St.) helped adding 25 points and 8 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Gaspar Hernandez (-1999) with 18 points and 5 rebounds and forward Benjamin Herrera (-2003) scored 15 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
