My time in uruguay has come to an end.Its been a pleasure and an honor to play in this beautiful country. But as always this is a business in this sport we call basketball.. My time in uruguay has come to an end.Its been a pleasure and an honor to play in this beautiful country. But as always this is a business in this sport we call basketball.. Being in uruguay for this past season has been fun.. I visited this this little city name PUNTA DEL ESTE. man i had a blast there.i have never seen so many people on the beach until i went there.it was like the entire city was on the beach. If you ever come to uruguay u deff need to go there. I never thought i would surf but i did in punta del este. i salute the guys who surf for a living. I thought it would be easy since i was athletic. ahahaha boy was i wron.its sad to say i only stood up on the board one time and road a wave. I tried and tried for about 30 minutes but couldnt but my goal was to stand up on the board at least one time.
I thought uruguay was weak basketball league but its really not. I think it will be a better league if every team could have 3 americans. if that happened you wouldnt have only a few teams winning the championship every year. this year will be a battle for the championship,theres a lot of solid teams. Bohemios have been on a hot streak. They came out of nowhere to get into the top 8, then you have herbraica and welcome who are 2 pretty tough teams..those were the only 2 teams i had trouble scoring on.i salute the coaching staff for those teams.
I finished the season on a good note, at least thats what i think. but this season had brought me alot of laughs and just a few a few happy moments. The most frustrating thing about this year for me was being doubled and tripled team.but it is what it is. the door to this season here in uruguay has closed but hopefully another will open. shout to mr donkey, one of coolest dudes in uruguay.

Uniceub BRB booked a spot for the Liga Sudamericana Semifinals. The defending champion was better than Malvin 68-77 for 1-0 score in Group B. The Uruguayan squad dropped to 0-2 and failed to reach the next stage. Uniceub BRB and Obras advanced, but their todays game will give us an answer who will be the winner of this pool.
